Emmalee Rhinehardt

Emmalee Rhinehardt is an experienced project manager at SIDEARM Sports since April 2021, with a solid background in culinary management. Previously, Emmalee served as the head pastry chef and assistant manager at Vin's Cafe & Catering from May 2017 to April 2021, overseeing daily operations and recipe development. Emmalee's culinary career also includes roles as a cake decorator and customer service representative at Biscotti Cafe, where responsibilities involved customizing orders and designing wedding cakes. Additionally, Emmalee gained experience as a bookstore clerk at Paul Smith's College and as a member of the Wegmans bakery team. Emmalee holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Baking Arts & Service Management with a minor in Business Administration from Paul Smith's College, along with a culinary arts certificate from Oswego County BOCES.
