Nicole Troelstrup

Nicole Troelstrup is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and professional services. Currently serving as the Vice President of Professional Services at Pliancy since August 2022, Nicole oversees a large post-sale organization and strategic planning across multiple teams. As a Founding Member of Sidebar, a leadership program launched in November 2023, Nicole contributes to career acceleration initiatives. Previously, as Vice President of Professional Services at NeuraFlash, Nicole focused on enhancing organizational structures and implementing best practices, while also founding the company's first Employee Resource Group, Lightning Ladies. Nicole's career began at Salesforce, where a progression from intern to Account Director involved managing significant enterprise projects. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication and Media Studies from Boston University.
