Bob Nilsen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Bob started their career in 1987 as a Management Consultant at Bain & Company. In 1989, they joined Yum! Brands as a Senior Vice President. Two years later, in 1998, they moved to Taco Bell as the COO, where they remained until 2002. From 2002 to 2004, they served as the President of Burger King Corporation. In 2004, they joined Cafe Rio Mexican Grill as the Chairman/CEO and held this position until 2017. In 2015, they founded their own venture, Nilsen Ventures, where they currently serve as the Managing Partner. That same year, they also became the CEO of Greenix. In 2016, they took on the CEO role at Sidecar Doughnuts & Coffee. Overall, Bob Nilsen has demonstrated their leadership and expertise in various executive positions throughout their career.
Bob Nilsen completed their Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Utah from 1978 to 1982. Bob later pursued higher education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School from 1985 to 1987.
