Justin Armstrong

Justin Armstrong is the Founder and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of Armstrong Risk Management LLC, which offers expert guidance in cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance since July 2023. Additionally, Justin serves as vCISO at SideChannel and SecureWon, focusing on CISO advisory services for various organizations, including critical infrastructure and municipalities. As a Security, Privacy, and Compliance Consultant at Towerwall, Inc. and Lead Consultant at Fellsway Group, Justin consults on a wide range of cybersecurity and regulatory compliance issues. Previously, Justin held roles at Fractional CISO, Tausight, and MEDITECH, where responsibilities ranged from leading cybersecurity teams to enhancing product security practices. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Information Security Leadership from Brandeis University and dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Physics and Mathematics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Justin holds professional certifications including CISSP and HCISPP.
