Justin Fichelson

Justin Fichelson is a seasoned entrepreneur and real estate professional with a robust background in both technology and real estate sectors. As Co-Founder and President of Sidekick, an innovative generative AI assistant for real estate professionals, Justin has been instrumental in driving advancements in the industry since 2025. Additionally, Justin serves as a Board Member for California Humanities, appointed by Governor Gavin Newsom, and participates in the Milken Institute's Young Leaders Circle. Previously, Justin co-founded Avenue 8, a tech-enabled real estate brokerage, and established Fichelson Real Estate Group. Justin's extensive experience includes roles as a Realtor with Sotheby's International Realty and as a star on Bravo TV's Million Dollar Listing San Francisco. Justin holds a BA in History from the University of San Francisco.
