Dominik Boeke

Dominik Boeke is the current Senior Director of Pharma Partnerships at Sidekick. Prior to this, they held various positions at Flying Health and Varian Medical Systems. Dominik has extensive experience in digital health strategies and corporate-startup collaborations in Europe.

At Flying Health, Dominik served as the Head of Pharma & MedTech and was responsible for leading the team and designing digital health strategies. Dominik also established corporate-startup collaborations in Europe. Prior to that, they were the Senior Partner Relationship Manager at Flying Health.

At Varian Medical Systems, Dominik served as the Head of Pharma Partnerships and was responsible for expanding Varian's collaboration with existing and new Pharma partners to additional indications and geographies. Dominik was also the project lead for Varian's largest European Pharma collaboration and prepared the 5-year strategic plan for Varian's Board of Directors.

Dominik Boeke has a PhD in Biochemistry, Biophysics and Molecular Biology from the European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL) and University of Heidelberg. Dominik also has a Diploma thesis in Biochemistry from the University of California, Berkeley and a Diplom in Molecular Biology from the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster. Dominik has also participated in a Study Abroad Program in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the University of New South Wales.

Dominik Boeke reports to Tryggvi Thorgeirsson, CEO & co-Founder. Dominik Boeke works with Aslaug Bjarnadóttir - Development Director, Hrefna Thoroddsen - VP, People & Culture, and Halla Helgadóttir - Director of Research.
