Sigríður Lára Guðmundsdóttir

Simon Just Grandorf currently serves as Teamleder in Supply Chain Analyse og Udvikling at Coop i Danmark, a position held since October 2021. Prior experience includes roles at Toms Gruppen A/S as a Supply Chain Analyst in Group Planning and Logistics, as well as in Business Transformation. Key projects include the Product Transfer Plan and planning system enhancements. Simon possesses expertise in project management, supply chain strategies, business transformation, and financial risk assessments, along with proficiency in SAP R/3, SAP APO, and business intelligence tools. Simon holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management and a BEng in Manufacturing and Management, both from DTU - Technical University of Denmark. Prior to these roles, Simon worked in various positions as a mason and in the Royal Danish Navy.
