Andrea Gotti has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries.
From 2019 to present, Andrea is the Vice President of Strategy & Commercial Operations at Sidel, where they lead a team of 20+ people and are responsible for aspects such as marketing, sales, competitive intelligence, and customer management tools administration. They also oversee the global 3-year strategic plan, including M&A strategy.
Prior to this, from 2019 to 2021, Andrea worked as a Strategic Marketing Director at Sidel, supporting the company's service organization to achieve double-digit growth through strategic thinking and expanding the products portfolio.
Between 2017 to 2019, Andrea was the Director of Market Insights & Strategy at MarketingPRO, where they led international marketing research projects and managed global major account segments.
Andrea also has experience working as a Consultant and Senior Manager at MarketingPRO, serving Fortune Global-500 companies in the automotive aftersales sector.
Before entering the marketing field, Andrea worked as a Marketing Analyst at Tiemme Raccorderie SpA, where they conducted market analysis and supported the CRM department.
In their early career, Andrea held positions such as Assistant Export Manager at Sarnico Angelo & C. and Data Quality Analyst at Bialetti Industrie. They also served as a Cultore della Materia (Honorary Fellow) at the Università degli Studi di Ferrara, where they conducted seminars and lectures on Pricing Strategy and Corporate Strategy for the Master's program in International Marketing.
Andrea Gotti holds a Master's Degree in International Relations and International Trade from Università degli Studi di Milano, which was obtained from 2007 to 2009. Andrea also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in International Studies and European Institutions from the same university, completed between 2004 and 2007. In addition, they attended a summer school program in International Business at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2009. Andrea also has additional certifications in Cybersecurity Fundamentals from Rochester Institute of Technology, as well as Marketing Analytics from UC Berkeley through edX.
