François Lejard is the Executive Vice President Customer Management Europe & Central Asia at Sidel. François has been with the company since October 2015, starting as Sales Vice President - Europe & Central Asia. In January 2019, they were promoted to their current position.
As EVP Customer Management Europe & Central Asia, François is responsible for managing the strategy of the region, ensuring customer satisfaction, developing sales of equipments and services, driving project management and after sales, and ultimately delivering the required level of profitability. François also has global responsibility of Nestle, Danone and Refresco key accounts. François leads a Management team composed of 2 VP Sales for equipment, 1 VP Service/after sales 1 VP HR, 1 VP legal, 1 VP Communication, 1 VP Finance.
Previously, François was in charge of the sales strategy for equipment at Sidel, driving the relationship with the key accounts and growing business and profitability in Europe & Central Asia. François coordinated the activities with the after Sales VP and managed 3 sub Régions: Northern Europe, Southern Europe, and Central, Eastern Europe & CIS. Subsidiaries were located in UK, Germany, Spain, Poland, Russia & Italy.
François Lejard attended the IMD Business School for their bachelor's degree in European business. François then went on to study at the Lycee Jeanne d'Arc for their Brevet de Technicien Superieur in commercial studies. Finally, they studied at the Lycee Francois 1er for their Baccalaureat in economical and social sciences.
Their manager is Monica Gimre, President & CEO. They are on a team with Deepak Kumar - EVP Human Resources, Andrea Forzenigo - EVP, Product Supply & Surcing, and Frédéric Sailly - Customer Management Americas.
