Germain Pastour

Germain Pastour is a Services Project Manager at Sidel since September 2019, overseeing technical non-standard services project activities, including packaging and line conversions, and is responsible for translating customer needs into actionable project plans while assessing technical feasibility and risks. Previously, Germain served as Hardware Engineering Manager at Instaroid from February 2016 to September 2019, where responsibilities included designing product improvements, managing production, and leading a hardware development team. Additional experience includes managing IT projects during a master thesis project at Icam IT department, ensuring quality management at IDiiL, and completing internships in engineering and manufacturing roles. Germain holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Mechanical Engineering from Icam and is currently pursuing a specialization in Industrial Management at Universitat Politècnica de València.
