Iis Jorge Olvera

Jorge Olvera has a diverse work experience in project management and engineering roles. IIS Jorge began their career at SC Johnson as a Packaging Engineer, where they focused on standardization, expense reduction, and failure detection. After that, they worked as a Project Engineer, managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating local and global projects. At Nestlé S.A., Jorge served as a Project Management Coordinator, leading improvement projects, managing suppliers and personnel, and ensuring the successful installation of new production lines. IIS Jorge achieved zero accidents and had successful vertical startups for many of the executed projects. Later, at General Mills, Jorge worked as a Project Manager, leading multidisciplinary teams in local and global projects focused on loss reduction and increasing production system performance. Finally, at Bombardier Aerospace, they joined the Project Management Office, contributing to the company's project management efforts. Jorge's most recent position was at Sidel, where they served as the Project Management Director LAM, overseeing project management for the LAM zone and managing a significant capital budget.

Jorge Olvera attended Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a degree in Industrial Engineering. Additionally, they pursued academic updates in the same field at Universidad de Burgos from 2004 to 2005.
