Ndella Sylla

Ndella Sylla has extensive experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on the European and Central Asian regions. Ndella currently holds the position of Vice President Finance Europe and Central Asia at Sidel, where they lead the finance team and collaborates with the business to create value for customers, drive sustainability goals, and implement digital finance transformation. Prior to their current role, they worked at Schneider Electric as Finance Director Europe and Head of Supply Chain Finance Middle East and Africa. Ndella also held various roles at CGG, PHOENIX Pharma France, Orangina Schweppes Group, Greenwich Consulting, and Éditions Larousse, where they gained experience in consolidation analysis, financial controlling, and accounting.

Ndella Sylla completed the Transforming Schneider Leadership - Level 3 Program at INSEAD in 2018. Prior to this, they obtained a Master's degree in International Business Administration with a specialization in Auditing & Accounting from HEC Montréal, graduating between 2000 and 2005. Ndella Sylla also holds a certification in Digital Strategy from LinkedIn, obtained in 2023.
