Ira Blas Jr Miranda is an experienced Commissioning / Instrument Engineer who has worked with various companies such as Sidem, TECHNIP, TECHNIPGEOPRODUCTION, TOTAL TRACTEBEL EPC, AMEC-SPIE, OTV SANOTEC JV, and OTV/HITACHI JV on different industrial plant projects. With a background in Instrumentation and Mechanical Engineering, Ira has held roles as an Instrument Supervisor and Coordinator, overseeing construction, commissioning, and start-up activities for projects in Qatar and Iran. A graduate of NATIONAL TECHNOLOGICAL SCHOOL and BSME, Ira brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the field of engineering.
