Maximilian Rutyna

Maximilian Rutyna's work experience begins in 2009 when they worked as a Lab Technician at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center until June 2011. From 2011 to 2012, they served as a Cadet at the United States Air Force Academy, where they earned a Department of Defense Secret security clearance and completed a rigorous boot camp program.

In 2013, Rutyna joined Rockefeller University as a Laboratory IT Administrator. In this role, they managed the lab's technology budget, selected technology for the staff, created and maintained the lab's website, and provided technical support and training.

Starting in July 2015, Rutyna worked as a Database Engineer at Zomato. Maximilian'sresponsibilities included implementing a streamlined UI/UX interface, maintaining restaurant data on the website and app, and conducting extensive product research.

In 2017, Rutyna joined Eden as a Software Engineer. Here, they played a key role in revamping the office supply marketplace and inventory system, developing a mobile app, and integrating major vendors. Maximilian also ensured operational efficiency by writing unit tests and reducing system errors.

Rutyna's next role was as a Research Assistant at City College of New York, where they worked in the Bio-Behavior Laboratory. Maximilian performed statistical analysis, contributed to research on pain management therapy, and provided support to senior lab leaders.

Most recently, Rutyna worked at Siden as a Senior Software Engineer since November 2019. Maximilian contributed to the development of a platform that enables mobile network operators to deliver premium in-home video through global wireless networks.

Maximilian Rutyna has a diverse education history. Maximilian holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology and Neuroscience from the City College of New York. Additionally, they have pursued studies in Software Engineering at 42 Silicon Valley and Biology at the United States Air Force Academy.

Before pursuing higher education, Maximilian Rutyna attended Regis High School.
