Charles Luna

Charles Luna has extensive experience in the drilling and masonry industries. Currently employed as a Derrick hand at Sidewinder Drilling Inc. since October 2012, Charles is responsible for mixing chemicals, monitoring mud weight, and managing fluid transfer, along with mechanically maintaining equipment. Previous positions include Derrick hand in training, Motorman, and Floorhand at Sidewinder, as well as Chain hand and Floorhand at Frontier Drilling, where responsibilities involved housekeeping and maintenance. Earlier experience also includes brick masonry duties at Exterior Brick Design and Unique Plastering, with leadership responsibilities in crew management. Charles's education includes a degree in brick masonry from Alta High School and a Supervisor level Certification in Vertical & Horizontal well control from Wild Well Control.
