Phil Weaver

Phil Weaver has a strong background in IT and cybersecurity leadership roles. Phil is currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer at Sidium Solutions Inc. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Director of IT at Warfel Construction Company from 2015 to 2022. Before that, they served as the Director of IT at Perform Group LLC from 2011 to 2015, where they were responsible for technology and cybersecurity services and solutions. From 2003 to 2011, Phil was the Chief Information Officer at Frey Lutz Corp., leading enterprise IT functions and developing technology roadmaps. Phil started their career as a Network Administrator/Consultant at Reinsel Kuntz Lesher LLP from 1999 to 2003.

Phil Weaver has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from Elizabethtown College, with a focus on Management Information Systems. Phil also holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Systems Specialist from YTI Career Institute.
