Daria Boxer

Daria Boxer is a highly accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in structured finance and corporate law. Currently serving as a Shareholder and Counsel at Greenberg Traurig, LLP since November 2018, Daria previously worked as an Associate Attorney in the Global Finance Group at Sidley Austin LLP, where responsibilities included handling complex securitization transactions and financing for the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. Prior to that, Daria practiced at Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp LLP focusing on business law and similar financing transactions. Daria began the legal career as a Law Clerk for the United States Bankruptcy Court and has held various judicial externships, honing legal research and writing skills. Daria holds a J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law and a B.A. in Economics from San Diego State University, both earned summa cum laude.
