Michelle Potter

Michelle Potter has over two decades of experience in accounting and auditing, currently serving as the Manager of Benefit & Investment Plans Accounting at Sidley Austin since April 2005. In this role, Michelle manages the accounting and administration for private equity fund-of-funds and oversees the investment portfolio for the firm’s retirement plans. Prior to Sidley Austin, Michelle worked as an Auditing Manager at Deloitte from June 2002 to April 2005 and served as an Auditing Senior at Arthur Andersen from September 1998 to June 2002. Michelle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University, awarded in 1997.
