Stacy Rotner

Stacy Rotner serves as the Corporate Responsibility Director at Sidley Austin LLP, a position held since July 2004, where responsibility includes leading the Corporate Social Responsibility, citizenship, and philanthropy programs, as well as overseeing various initiatives related to volunteerism and pro bono work. Prior to this role, Stacy Rotner developed and managed the firm's inaugural Corporate Responsibility and philanthropy program. Earlier in the legal career, Stacy Rotner worked as an Associate in the Investment Funds group, focusing on hedge fund formation and restructuring. Stacy Rotner began the professional journey as a Legal Assistant at Sotheby's, drafting and negotiating agreements. Educational qualifications include a B.A. in Art History from Columbia University and a JD from Brooklyn Law School.
