Mattias van T Spijker

Mattias Van T Spijker is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as an Interim Human Resources Business Partner at SIDN since September 2023. In addition, Mattias holds a position on the fieldwork committee for associate degree and bachelor HRM at NCOI groep, starting in December 2022. Since February 2018, Mattias has been the Chair of the complaints committee for unwanted behavior at UW Reïntegratie. Mattias has also been the HR Business Partner at Spijker HR since May 2019 and took on an interim HR Manager role at Impuls. Previous roles include interim HR business partner at Motrac NL and interim P&O advisor at de Woonmensen, among others.
