Tamer Mamdouh Rashed

Tamer Mamdouh Rashed, MBA, is an experienced professional in human resources management, currently serving as the General Manager of Human Resources at Sidi Kerir Petrochemicals Co. since December 1998. In this role, Tamer plans, organizes, and directs all HR activities, focusing on recruitment, employee benefits, organizational development, and training. Tamer has successfully managed the development and implementation of departmental goals and policies. Prior to this, Tamer held positions including Training & Organization Sector Manager and Head of Training Department. Earlier experience includes roles as a Payroll Accountant at The Arab Contractors and Accountant at RICA Lewis Egypt, where responsibilities included payroll management and personnel affairs. Tamer is currently pursuing a PhD in Business Administration at Alexandria University, having previously earned an MBA from the same institution along with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance.
