Pheba Shanly

Pheba Shanly is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in IT project management, particularly in implementing complex systems at Sidra Medicine since January 2009. Notably, Pheba led the implementation of 45 Oracle Fusion modules across finance, supply chain, and human resources, overseeing data migration from legacy systems and integrations with various clinical and non-clinical systems. Prior roles include establishing project management methodologies at Sidra Medicine's IT PMO and serving as a project analyst at Qatar Foundation. Pheba also coordinated application deployment for the Doha Asian Games Organising Committee and began a career as a software engineer at Verizon Data Services India. Educational credentials include a Master of Computer Application from TKM College of Engineering and a Bachelor of Computer Science from Assumption College, both in Kerala.
