Bruce T. Harper

Bruce T. Harper is the current Director of Client Services at Sidwell. Bruce has previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant/Research Assistant at Indiana State University from January 2004 to May 2005. Bruce also has experience working as the Owner of Elite Home Repairs & Remodeling, LLC from April 2018 to December 2019. Additionally, Bruce has experience working as the Manager of Technology Services Division/Finance Department at the City of Rocky Mount from January 2014 to December 2018. In this role, they were responsible for bringing vision and structure to an organization that was accustom to working in siloes. Bruce implemented strategic planning and technology governance to establish efficient and effective technology procurement within the information technology area.

Bruce T. Harper holds a Master’s Degree in Geography - GIS from Indiana State University - College of Graduate and Professional Studies. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science in Geography - GIS from Indiana State University. Bruce also holds Associate of Applied Science degrees in Computing and Information Technology - GIS and Computing and Information Technology - ArcView GIS from the College of Southern Nevada.
