Malgorzata Warda

Malgorzata Warda is a seasoned Leadership Skills Trainer, Business Mentor, and Executive Coach with over 20 years of business experience in senior management roles. Currently, Malgorzata leads Warda & Partners, specializing in mentoring and coaching for executives and entrepreneurs since November 2017. Malgorzata is also affiliated with EMCC Global as a Business Mentor & Executive Coach and serves as an Executive MBA Lecturer at Collegium Prometricum. Additional roles include being a Mentor and Expert for the Network of Enterpreneurial Women and a Management Mentor with Fundacja Liderek Biznesu. Malgorzata has held academic positions at various institutions and previously worked as a Regional Executive Director at Studio Moderna, managing extensive sales operations and a large team. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from Warsaw University of Technology Business School and certifications from the Academy of Executive Coaching and EMCC.
