Ivy Harlev

Ivy Harlev has a strong background in community organizations, with a focus on Jewish values and culture. Ivy started their career at the Mandel JCC of the Palm Beaches as the Youth and Teen Director from January 1992 to May 1994. Ivy then worked as a Graduate Student Intern at the Jewish Family Services from September 1994 to May 1995, and later at the Kaiserman JCC from September 1995 to June 1996 in the same role. Ivy then took on the position of Group Services Director and Camp Director at The Gershman Y from June 1996 to May 1999. Ivy joined the Siegel JCC in June 1998 as the Program Director before being promoted to Associate Executive Director in June 1999. Since September 2006, Ivy has been serving as the Chief Executive Officer of the Siegel JCC, where they work closely with the Board of Directors to establish strategic direction, focus on the organization's mission, and ensure financial sustainability. Ivy leads a dedicated team in offering high-quality programs and services with a customer-oriented focus.

Ivy Harlev received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology & Business from the University of Florida, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. Ivy then pursued further education at the University of Pennsylvania from 1994 to 1996, earning a Master's degree in Social Work. During the same period, they also obtained a Certificate in Jewish Communal Services from Gratz College. In April 2021, Ivy Harlev received certification as a Trained Mentor from Mentor Collective.
