Michał Żmudziński

Micha Roon is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in the software development and blockchain industries. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, Micha supports innovation projects through training and mentorship for technical staff. As the owner and founder of managination since 2005, Micha has focused on enhancing the dynamism and reliability of software development. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, where Micha played key roles in implementing decentralized solutions and fostering technological advancements. Micha also contributed to various organizations including Share&Charge as a Foundation Board member and CTO, and served on the Blockchain Advisory Board of the IIB Council. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and additional studies in fintech at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
