Anne Maron

Anne Maron has over 20 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Responsable des ressources humaines at Siegfried since May 2016. In this role, Anne leads recruitment, training, career management, and provides advisory support to operational and functional managers. Prior to Siegfried, Anne held similar positions at Novasep, where responsibilities included managing the recruitment process, developing training policies, and mentoring colleagues. Additional experience includes roles at Arkema and Adecco France, focusing on personnel management and recruitment respectively. Anne holds a Maitrise in Ressources Humaines from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III), obtained in 1999.
