With over 12 years of experience in Estates and Facilities recruitment, specialising in management through to senior level appointments, Sielo Search was founded by Tom Morrison, offering dedicated search and selection services tailored to this vital sector. Combining deep industry knowledge with a genuine passion for connecting talent with purpose, we deliver a focused, specialist approach to helping organisations build high-performing Estates and Facilities teams.

Tom has had the privilege of partnering with a wide range of Not-for-Profit organisations, including leading universities, independent schools, multi-academy trusts, charities, cultural attractions, blue light services, life sciences institutions, and religious organisations.

Each of these environments brings its own unique set of challenges and opportunities, often involving complex stakeholder relationships and a strong emphasis on service excellence. Sielo Search's expertise lies in working closely with clients and candidates to align technical capability with organisational culture. Through bespoke search, rigorous assessment, and strategic consultation, we help build teams that not only deliver operational success but also make a meaningful, long-term impact.
