Erica Priscilla Sandoval

Erica Priscilla Sandoval, LCSW, AWA, is a seasoned mental health professional and social work leader. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Siembra Today since March 2024, Erica focuses on uplifting communities through revitalizing social worker support initiatives. As the CEO and Founder of both Sandoval Colab and Latinx en el Área de Trabajo Social, Erica fosters inclusive environments that empower individuals and amplify Latinx social worker narratives. Previous roles include serving as President of the National Association of Social Workers - NYC Chapter, where Erica championed social equity and justice, and holding various leadership positions at Make-A-Wish Metro New York and the Karen Horney Clinic. Erica holds a Master of Social Work and a Post Master’s in Clinical Adolescent Psychology from New York University, along with a Bachelor’s degree from Baruch College.
