Dr. Keramat Fakhari

Keramat Fakhari currently serves as the Managing Director for Iran and Afghanistan at Siemens Energy since January 2020, overseeing operations for Siemens SSK Iran and the Siemens Energy branch in Afghanistan. Prior experience at Siemens includes roles such as Executive Vice President for Iran, Pakistan, and Afghanistan in Generation Sales, where leadership in power generation business units was emphasized, and Vice President of Sales for Energy Solutions in the Middle East, achieving significant projects such as the DEWA M-Station power production and desalination plant extension. Previous tenure at GE Power & Water involved senior product management and regional marketing for heavy-duty gas turbines, alongside project management roles at DLR - German Aerospace Center. Keramat Fakhari holds multiple degrees in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, as well as Business Administration from esteemed institutions including RWTH Aachen University, Ruhr University Bochum, and the University of Tennessee Space Institute.
