Emily Werner

Emily Werner serves as the Head of Service Operations North America for Industrial Steam Turbines & Generators at Siemens Energy, a position held since October 2021. In this role, Emily leads teams focused on Technical Field Service, Technical Support, and Craft Labor and Tooling, overseeing installation, commissioning, and major maintenance planning for industrial steam turbines and generators. Prior to this, Emily held the role of Head of Proposal Development North America, where leadership of the team centered on creating engineered solutions and service proposals for industrial applications customers. Emily's previous experience includes managing the Proposal Integration Team at Dresser-Rand, as well as various commercial roles at HPI, LLC and Wood Group. Emily holds an MBA in Management and a BBA in Finance & Economics with Spanish from Middle Tennessee State University.
