Eric Berghoff

Eric Berghoff is a highly experienced professional currently serving as the Demand Planning Team Lead at Siemens Energy since October 2023. In this role, Eric supports MRP Controllers with business-level requirements while ensuring accurate forecasts across all vendors and managing long-term initiatives. Prior to Siemens Energy, Eric worked at Blue Collar Automation as a Business Project Manager, where responsibilities included establishing project management foundations and automation solutions. As a Master Production Scheduler at Standard Miether, Eric managed production schedulers, improved domestic production processes, and enhanced communication across departments. Previous positions include Project Controls Specialist II at Duke Energy Corporation and various roles at SMC, culminating as a Master Scheduler. Eric began a career in demand management during earlier roles, including as a Student Intern and Inside Sales Associate. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Indiana University Indianapolis.
