Henner Kielhorn

Henner Kielhorn currently serves as the Head of Digital Process Transformation at Siemens Energy, a position held since February 2025. Previously, Kielhorn worked at Eurowings from April 2017 to February 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing a program aimed at improving operational performance and leading business development initiatives. Prior experience includes roles at Lufthansa from October 2010 to March 2017, where Kielhorn led post-merger integration and transformation projects, managed sales performance and marketing efforts, and developed sales strategies across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Henner Kielhorn holds a Bachelor's Degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from the University of Bayreuth, obtained between January 1995 and January 2001.
