Isabel Verwagner-Kraus

Isabel Verwagner-Kraus is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as the Head of TA Global Operations at Siemens Energy since September 2020, Isabel is a member of the Global TA Leadership Team, overseeing global recruitment process outsourcing, recruiter and hiring manager enablement, and vendor management. Prior to this role, Isabel held various positions at Siemens and Bayer, including Global Program Manager for the Siemens Graduate Program and HR Talent Manager responsibilities across North and South America. With a strong educational foundation in Business Administration from the University of Augsburg and University of Rennes1, Isabel has consistently driven talent management initiatives throughout a diverse career in international HR environments.
