Ronny Fritsche

Ronny Fritsche has extensive work experience in the energy industry, particularly in power transformers. Ronny began their career at Siemens AG in 2006 as an Engineer Electrical Design for Power Transformers. Ronny then advanced to the role of Research and Development Engineer in 2009. From 2013 to 2019, they served as the Head of Research and Development for Power Transformers at Siemens AG. In 2019, they joined Siemens Energy as the Head Development Power Transformers. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Research Grid Technologies at Siemens Energy since October 2022.

Ronny Fritsche earned a Dipl.-Ing. (FH) degree in Elektrotechnik, specializing in Elektrische Energietechnik, from the Hochschule Zittau/Görlitz (FH), where they attended from 2001 to 2006.
