Victoria Matsiuk

Victoria Matsiuk (Kotsyumbas) currently serves as the Global Head of Talent Management Consulting at Siemens Energy, a position held since September 2023. Previously, Victoria held roles at Siemens Gamesa as a leader in Global Talent & Leadership Development, focusing on talent pipeline growth and succession planning.
