Agnieszka Rekawik

Agnieszka Rekawik currently serves as the Delegation Center Lead at Siemens Gamesa since December 2024. Prior to this role, Agnieszka held various managerial positions in the maritime and HR sectors, including Crew Manager at Navigator Gas and HR & Crewing Manager at Marine Manning Service Sp. z o.o. Agnieszka's extensive experience in crew management spans a decade at V.Group, where roles included Crew Management Partner and Fleet Crew Manager, as well as a position as Crew Operator at Grono Shipping Agency. Agnieszka is advancing education as a postgraduate student in HR Business Partner studies at SGH Warsaw School of Economics and holds a Master's degree in European studies from the University of Gdansk, along with a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Public Relations from Gdańska Wyższa Szkoła Humanistyczna.
