Ashley Johnson Layrisse

Ashley Johnson Layrisse currently serves as Head of Supplier Order Management for Wind Power Americas at Siemens Gamesa since March 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Manager and Associate Manager in Quality Engineering at L3Harris Technologies from July 2017 to March 2022, and Quality Engineering Lead at Lockheed Martin from June 2011 to July 2017. Ashley Johnson Layrisse holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Florida Institute of Technology and two undergraduate degrees from The University of Akron: a Bachelor of Science in Management with a focus on Supply Chain/Operations Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish. Additionally, education at INSEAD was completed in June 2023.
