Sandra J Guerra

Sandra J Guerra, PhD, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, BCC, currently serves as the Head of HR North America and Vice President at Siemens Energy and Siemens Gamesa, overseeing HR functions for over 11,000 employees and playing a key role in the energy transition. Previously, Sandra held senior HR leadership positions at Thales Avionics, Wyndham Vacation Ownership, and LMG, Inc., and served as an adjunct faculty member at Webster University. Sandra has contributed to various HR organizations, including serving as Past President and President of GOSHRM and as Director of Certification for HR Florida State Council. Sandra holds a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, an MBA in Management, and a BS in Health Care Management, alongside several nursing qualifications.
