Banu Rand

Banu Rand is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Siemens Healthineers since June 2002, Banu oversees HR operations for Diagnostics and Endovascular Robotics across five sites. Prior to this role, Banu held positions at Siemens Corporation as a Senior HR Manager and at Gillette as a Senior HR Advisor and HR Business Partner, focusing on Benefits and Compensation. Banu began the career as an Account Manager at Fidelity Investments in 1997 after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Texas A&M University in 1990.
