Blake Siewert

Blake Siewert currently serves as the Head of Growth & Innovation for North America at Siemens Healthineers, leading the strategy and commercial growth of the Education & Workforce Solutions division. Prior to this role, Blake was an Engagement Leader and Executive Coach at Adaptive Business Solutions, providing senior advisory services in operational transformation and leadership development. As the Founder and CEO of LogiTran Group, Blake established a consultancy focused on talent strategy and organizational effectiveness, and previously founded BSM Creative, a marketing agency serving small and mid-sized businesses. Blake holds a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and a Master's degree in the same field from the University of Phoenix.
