Gavin Tickner

Gavin Tickner is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and strategic workforce planning, currently serving as the Head of Global Location Strategy at Siemens Healthineers since March 2015. In this role, Gavin leads the development of location strategy for Strategic Workforce Planning, establishing guiding principles and operational objectives while collaborating with various business leaders and teams. Previously, Gavin held positions including Head of Talent Acquisition, Sourcing and Market Intelligence, where a new team was created to attract passive talent and reduce reliance on external agencies.
