Hridika Roy

Hridika Roy is a Senior UX Researcher at Siemens Healthineers, focusing on user research and usability in Advanced Therapy Surgery since May 2024. Previously, Hridika worked at Microsoft as a UX Researcher from October 2022 to May 2024, where responsibilities included leading qualitative and quantitative research efforts and establishing user research processes. As a UX Researcher at BYJU'S from June 2021 to October 2022, Hridika led exploratory and confirmatory research, resulting in a notable increase in class engagement. Hridika's earlier experiences include working with I-PAC on political research, Atom on a digital wellbeing app, and internships in various healthcare and social work settings. Hridika holds an Integrated MSc in Health/Medical Psychology from the University of Hyderabad and completed a summer program at Bielefeld University.
