Janice Lee

Janice Lee is an experienced professional in learning, leadership development, and recruitment. At Siemens Healthineers from January 2020 to November 2023, Janice held the role of Learning & Leadership Development Lead for ASEAN, focusing on designing and implementing learning strategies to foster a strong learning culture. Previously, Janice served as a recruiter in Singapore, where approximately 50 roles were filled annually, and as a Human Resources Trainee, managing recruitment processes across Southeast Asia. Additional experience includes a role as a Recruiting Assistant at Boston Consulting Group, a Consulting Practicum at L'Oréal conducting operational studies, and various internships in HR and talent management at Fuji Xerox and InterContinental Hotels Group. Janice holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Human Capital from the National University of Singapore and has also studied at The University of Hong Kong.
