Julian Schepp's work experience includes:

- Currently serving as the Chief of Staff to the Managing Director and Project Manager in Laboratory Diagnostics at Siemens Healthineers, where they assist the management team in achieving functional results and leads cross-functional teams in improving processes and efficiency.

- Founder and IRONMAN Certified Coach at ALLEZ COACHING Julian Schepp, where they provide online training planning for triathlon, running, and cycling, helping athletes achieve their goals.

- Previously worked at Leica Microsystems, starting as a Precision Optician and manufacturing optical components for high-end microscopes, and later transitioning to roles as a Service Engineer and Inhouse Service Engineer Demo, where they provided technical support, maintained equipment, and directed cross-functional projects.

Julian Schepp has a diverse education history. Julian obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration/Management from Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen during the years 2021-2023. Prior to that, they earned a Certified Technical Business Economist degree in Business Administration from Technical and Business School Butzbach in 2016-2017. Julian also completed a qualification as a DGQ Quality Assistant Technician in Quality Management from Deutsche Gesellschaft für Qualität in 2016. In terms of their earlier education, they obtained a Fachhochschulreife (high school diploma) from Werner-von-Siemens Schule Wetzlar in 2012-2016. Additionally, they have certifications such as IRONMAN Certified Coach, obtained in January 2021, and various LinkedIn courses.
