Lindsay Krakauer

Lindsay Krakauer serves as the Global Head of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Culture at Siemens Healthineers since October 2008, holding various leadership roles including VP of CRM and Digital Operations and Head of PMO and Transformation. Throughout her career at Siemens, Lindsay has led significant organizational transformations, developed Key Performance Indicators to monitor IT service delivery, and provided governance on productivity programs that resulted in substantial cost savings. Prior experience includes project management and administrative roles in healthcare and finance at organizations such as Brigham and Women's Hospital and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, and academic contributions as a guest lecturer at ESCP Business School. Lindsay holds an MBA from Pace University and has completed professional development programs at Stanford University and Siemens Learning Campus.
