Marco Waidhas

Marco Waidhas currently serves as the Global Head of CRM Process Excellence at Siemens Healthineers, where responsibilities include driving global strategic programs and operational process excellence initiatives focused on customer retention and hybrid marketing and sales. Prior to this role, Marco was a Senior Consultant at Siemens Management Consulting, specializing in the healthcare industry with expertise in organizational and digital transformation, post-merger integration, go-to-market strategy, and operational process optimization. Earlier experiences include working as a Master's Thesis Student at MAN Truck & Bus AG, where a technology roadmapping methodology was developed, and as an intern in the procurement controlling department at Daimler Truck AG. Marco holds a Master of Science in Management & Technology from the Technical University of Munich and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Technische Universität Darmstadt, along with an Abitur from Albert-Schweitzer-Gymnasium Erlangen.
