Roman Lajs

Roman Lajs has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Roman is currently working as an IT Team Lead / Product Owner at Siemens Healthineers since 2023. Prior to this, Roman worked at Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Slovakia from 2013 to 2023, where they held various roles such as Agile People Lead for DevSecOps, Kepner-Tregoe Program Leader, and Acting Head of Department for Telco Customer Operation Int. Before that, they worked at T-Systems Slovakia as the Head of Team (AIX) from 2009 to 2017. Roman's earliest work experience was at U.S.Steel Kosice, where they held roles such as Team Manager (Network Operation Center), Relationship Manager (Global Initiatives), and Senior network administrator / Project manager from 2000 to 2009.

Roman Lajs earned their Master's Degree in Small Business Administration from Ekonomická univerzita v Bratislave between 1998 and 2003. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including Professional Agile Leadership I from Scrum.org in 2021, SAFe Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2020, PRINCE2 from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2018, and Certified Kepner Tregoe Program Leader from Kepner-Tregoe in 2013.
