Soukaina Zarrouck

SOUKAINA ZARROUCK has a strong background in Information Technology, with experience in various roles and responsibilities. SOUKAINA started their career at Riad Motors Holding in 2009 as a Helpdesk and Support Engineer. In 2014, they joined Siemens as a System Administrator and later became the Head Of Information Technology, where they supervised IT operations, provided IT services aligned with business needs, and managed IT staff. SOUKAINA also acted as an IT Account Manager and led infrastructure optimization and cloudification activities. In 2022, they joined Siemens Healthineers as the IT Resource and Escalation Team Lead for MEA. Overall, Soukaina has extensive experience in IT management, project management, vendor relationships, and delivering efficient and cost-effective technological solutions.

SOUKAINA ZARROUCK obtained a Diploma of Specialized technician in Networking and Systems from Institut Supérieur de Gestion et d'Informatique from 2007 to 2009. SOUKAINA then completed an Engineering Degree in computer & Information technology methods applied to Business management from Ecole Marocaine des Sciences de l'ingénieur, from 2009 to 2012.
