Subir Sinha

Subir Sinha is the Finance Head of Manufacturing Operations at Siemens Healthineers since January 2023, responsible for P&L management and enhancing manufacturing efficiency across various business lines in India. Prior experience includes serving as Business Unit Finance Head at Siemens from March 2006 to December 2022, managing finances for a non-switching products portfolio worth 700 Cr and overseeing annual budgeting and performance reviews for the Air Insulated Switchgears segment. Subir also played a pivotal role in establishing Siemens AG's office in Bangladesh during tenure as Finance Head for High Voltage HVDC projects, significantly improving project margins. Earlier in the career, Subir held positions at Air Freight, focusing on pricing and internal audit functions. Educational qualifications include a Chartered Accountancy from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an Executive MBA in Finance and Supply Chain Management from NMIMS.
